Made from sun-dried tomatoes, Kalamata and black olives, garlic, and basil, this tapenade has an intense flavour that’s fantastic for dipping with crusty bread or crackers. Or try adding 1 or 2 tablespoons to tomato passata or tinned tomatoes for a quick pasta or pizza sauce. And it’s equally yummy over meats and roasted veggies.
