| ||Here’s an easy dressing that works
perfectly with the Winter Salad greens. Try adding other yeg, such as broccoli, avocado, and carrots, olives and legumes like schick peas for a light
235ml plain yogurt
60ml sunflower oil
60ml fresh lemon juice
10-15g chopped flat leaf parsley
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
sea salt/black pepper to taste.
Whisk together all
ingredients in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning, if necessary. Serve immediately over salad, toss well.
