 Orange Vinaigrette Dressing
 
 Here’s a simple, healthy one for salads, to get things started. Feedback is most welcome so please tell us about your foodie creations!
 Ingredients:

4 g chopped fresh parsley
60 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
15 ml raw honey
60 ml olive oil
30 ml white wine vinegar
1 g grated orange peel
2 g salt
0.2 g cayenne pepper
 
Method:

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and pulse until blended. Refrigerate 4 hours for best flavor. Shake gently just before serving.
