 Linguine, Spinach and Rocket w/ Gorgonzola Sauce
 
 A quick and easy recipe that’s rich and tasty!
 Ingredients:

1 package linguine (about 250g)
15g butter
6g plain flour
1 tin evaporated milk
85g crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
3g salt
Dash of black pepper
125g fresh spinach and rocket
 
Method:

Cook pasta, according to package directions. While pasta cooks, melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly with a whisk. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly. Increase heat to medium-high; bring to boil, still whisking. Reduce heat, simmer 3 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in cheese, salt and pepper. Combine sauce, pasta, and greens, tossing gently to coat. Yields 4 servings.
