Creamy Parmesan Dressing
 Here’s a great dressing that will work on greens as well as fresh veggies. Refrigerate overnight for full flavour impact!

10 g lemon juice
40 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
6 g garlic granules
90 ml mayonnaise
120 ml milk

Mix first 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in milk, adjusting the amount or adding a little water, to make the dressing as thin or thick as you like. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight. Serves 6.
