Honey Mustard Dressing
 A popular American dressing, this recipe goes well with lots of greens. Add grilled chicken to the salad for a hearty, healthy meal.

25 g chopped onion
2 g fresh parsley
45 ml apple cider vinegar
15 ml Dijon mustard
130 ml mayonnaise
30 ml honey
2 g lime zest
sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in small food processor or blender. Process until thoroughly blended. Serve immediately, or place in a covered container and refrigerate until needed.
