 Quick and Easy Pasta Sauce
 
 A staple in our family‚Äôs diet, this sauce is so versatile. For pasta, pizza, breaded chicken or pork, even stir into casseroles or soups.
 Ingredients:

25 ml extra virgin olive oil
 
Method:

Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat, add onion and fry till soft, stirring occasionally. Add garlic, fry 1-2 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer for 15 minutes. Taste for seasoning. If you like a smooth sauce, process sauce in a blender before serving. Will keep in fridge for 3-4 days or freeze up to 3-4 months.
